นิยมเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง ทางเข้าจะเป็นฝั่งสวนสาธารณะ ชั้น 1 ขึ้น
ลิฟธ์โดยตรงแล้วขึ้นไปเลย ห้องเต็มตลอดจึงต้องจองเท่านั้น ทำเล
ดี โครงสร้างห้องจะกว้างต่างจากโรงแรม เพดานสูงทำให้ดูหรูและ
